📋 Description
- • This role is for a former founder who will apply entrepreneurial experience to drive high-impact initiatives at a venture-backed AI company building AI-native collaboration software, where individual contributions have outsized influence on product and company trajectory.
- • Day to day, the person will work directly with founders and senior leadership, take ownership of critical projects, shape product strategy or growth initiatives, collaborate across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams, solve ambiguous problems, and drive execution from idea to outcome while bringing a founder mindset to decision-making and company building.
- • The team operates with the intensity and pace of an early-stage startup but has strong product-market momentum, substantial funding, and backing from top investors including Spark Capital, Felicis, Y Combinator, and Day One Ventures, creating a high-ownership environment where every individual can meaningfully impact the company’s trajectory.
- • The person can learn and achieve deep involvement in scaling an AI-native product, gain exposure to cross-functional leadership at a high-growth tech company, refine entrepreneurial skills in a supported environment, and help define processes and strategies that enable long-term scale without starting from zero.

- • Previous founder or co-founder experience, ideally within a venture-backed startup environment
- • Strong track record of building products, teams, systems, or businesses from the ground up
- • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and execution
- • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
