- • Phreesia is seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide crucial, high-impact shared support to three senior leaders within the Network Solutions Team: the SVP of Client Experience, the VP of Market Development, and the Senior Director of Revenue Operations.
- • This role transcends traditional administrative duties, positioning the Executive Assistant as a trusted business partner. The primary objective is to streamline day-to-day execution, optimize the leaders' time and focus, and ensure seamless operational follow-through within a complex, revenue-driving organization.
- • You will be instrumental in managing the intricate and high-volume calendars of multiple senior executives, ensuring thoughtful prioritization, efficient scheduling, and minimizing any friction in their daily agendas.
- • A key responsibility will be acting as a gatekeeper for the leaders' time and attention. This involves expertly triaging incoming requests, prioritizing inboxes, and proactively flagging critical issues that demand executive focus.
- • You will be responsible for preparing the senior leaders for a wide array of internal and external meetings, including crucial client engagements, high-level leadership forums, operational reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
- • To ensure accountability and effective decision-making, you will attend select key meetings to capture accurate notes, document decisions, and track action items, ensuring clear follow-up and communication to all relevant stakeholders.
- • A significant part of the role involves owning the end-to-end logistics for meetings. This includes developing agendas, preparing pre-read materials, coordinating attendees, and managing post-meeting follow-ups to ensure all action items are addressed.
- • You will play a vital role in planning, executing, and sometimes attending in-person meetings, such as leadership offsites, team offsites, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Advisory Board meetings, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve their objectives.
- • Ensuring that action items and key decisions are meticulously documented, tracked, and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders will be a core function, driving progress and accountability across the teams.
- • You will support the recurring operating cadences for the Client Experience, Market Development, and Revenue Operations teams, ensuring consistency and discipline in meeting preparation and execution across all leaders.
- • Operational and administrative support will include managing expense reporting, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling Workday-related tasks with utmost accuracy and timeliness.
- • You will also support critical internal processes, such as onboarding coordination for new team members, managing compliance-related documentation, and addressing ad hoc operational needs as they arise.
- • Maintaining highly organized systems for documentation, files, and communications is essential to ensure efficient retrieval of information and maintain continuity of operations.
- • Acting as a connective hub, you will liaise effectively across the Client Experience, Market Development, Revenue Operations teams, and other broader internal partners, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- • You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders, meticulously tracking timelines, and ensuring timely follow-through on all project components.
- • Close partnership with other Executive Assistants and operations roles within the company is expected to ensure seamless and comprehensive leadership support across the organization.
- • You will represent the senior leaders with the highest level of professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in all internal and external interactions.
- • Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity and trust is paramount in this role.
- • A key attribute will be anticipating needs and proactively solving problems before they escalate, demonstrating initiative and foresight.
- • You are expected to foster a positive, engaging team culture by bringing creativity, energy, and a sense of fun to day-to-day interactions, while always maintaining professionalism and sound judgment.
- • This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of senior leadership, directly contributing to revenue growth, client strategy, and overall organizational leadership.
