- • The Executive Director, Creative role is a leadership position at DEPT® responsible for overseeing all creative work for an industry-leading AI client, ensuring large-scale creative solutions meet and exceed client needs while driving the company’s creative vision and design aesthetic.
- • Day to day, the role involves supervising and developing the creative team, leading digital experiences from conception to implementation, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into creative concepts, managing project timelines and budgets, identifying client decision-makers, and contributing to new business efforts through networking and strategic vision.

- • In this role, the individual will develop leadership expertise in guiding creative teams for high-stakes AI clients, refine strategic vision and business planning capabilities, strengthen cross-functional influence, and gain experience in driving innovation and profitability while working within a purpose-led, inclusive culture that values personal growth and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of proven leadership experience in multi-million dollar digital marketing organizations
- • Strong knowledge of visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, brand development, and the creative process
- • Strong understanding of performance media and the ability to apply learnings to the creative process
- • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical and non-technical information clearly to clients and employees
- • Excellent organizational skills and a very high level of attention to detail, including tracking, documenting, and proposing process efficiencies
- • Ability to travel regularly for domestic and international business initiatives and client relationship building
