You will act as the primary point of contact for all technology-related needs of OpenAI's executives and their Executive Business Partners (EBPs), providing direct, white-glove support. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the technology ecosystems of our executives, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. 🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience providing Executive IT Support, with deep familiarity in the technical requirements of the C-suite in large, fast-paced, public companies.
- • Strong technical experience in macOS and Windows, identity and device management (e.g. Azure AD, Jamf, Intune) and enterprise collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, and Atlassian products.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
