  • • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to drive company-wide understanding of growth performance, monetization KPIs, and user acquisition efficiency for BeReal, a Voodoo-owned social app with 40M+ monthly active users
  • • Analyze growth and monetization performance across user acquisition channels, advertising campaigns, brand partnerships, and official accounts to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • • Build and scale data models and pipelines that align with evolving growth and business needs, ensuring robust and maintainable data architecture
  • • Analyze large-scale datasets representing the behavior of millions of users, creators, and brands to answer complex strategic and operational business questions
  • • Leverage AI to automate reporting, generate insights, and implement alerting systems that improve decision-making efficiency
  • • Collaborate directly with the BeReal Growth team and key business stakeholders to optimize user acquisition strategies, creative performance, and monetization processes
  • • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with high visibility to the BeReal COO and leadership
  • • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations that influence product direction and growth initiatives
  • • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs used by cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and finance
  • • Utilize Tableau to create and distribute company-wide dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across departments
  • • Work with advertising attribution platforms such as Adjust and AppsFlyer to evaluate campaign performance and ROI
  • • Apply DBT for data transformation and pipeline management to support scalable analytics infrastructure
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics, including LTV, CPI, retention, and ARPU, to guide strategic recommendations
  • • Act as a data partner to non-technical teams, translating business objectives into analytical requirements and delivering insights in accessible formats
  • • Continuously improve data processes to increase speed, reliability, and impact of analytics outputs

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 2 years of experience in analytical roles, ideally in growth, user acquisition, or monetization contexts
  • • Proficient in SQL and Excel
  • • Experience working with large-scale datasets
  • • Practical experience with Tableau or a similar visualization tool and ability to create company-wide dashboards
  • • Master’s degree in a top engineering or business school in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field
  • • Strong analytical mind with advanced knowledge of statistical methods and modeling (preferred)
