- • Magnet Forensics is a global leader in digital investigative software, empowering organizations to acquire, analyze, and share critical evidence from a wide array of digital devices including computers, smartphones, tablets, and IoT devices. We are dedicated to continuous innovation, providing our customers with advanced and effective tools to safeguard their companies, communities, and nations. Our solutions are instrumental in modernizing digital investigations, assisting law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and corporate security teams in their fight against crime, protection of assets, and preservation of national security.
- • As a FedRAMP Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be the cornerstone of our engagement with U.S. federal customers operating within FedRAMP authorized environments. This pivotal role demands a highly experienced, strategic, and customer-centric individual to own and cultivate relationships with our most complex, high-value, and mission-critical federal accounts. You will act as the primary strategic partner, guiding these accounts through their entire journey with Magnet Forensics, from initial onboarding and seamless deployment to driving deep adoption, ensuring tangible value realization, and fostering long-term loyalty through successful renewals and strategic expansions.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to building and nurturing profound, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations, including C-level executives and decision-makers. This will involve a deep understanding of their unique operational challenges, investigative objectives, and security mandates. You will be adept at coordinating intricate internal teams, including Federal Sales, Security, Compliance, and Engineering, to ensure a cohesive and effective customer experience that consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
- • A core mission of the FedRAMP CSM is to proactively protect and strategically grow Magnet Forensics' most vital customer relationships. This is achieved by delivering unparalleled customer experiences, significantly accelerating the time-to-value for our solutions, diligently managing and mitigating potential risks, and cultivating enduring partnerships that are the bedrock of customer retention, revenue expansion, and enthusiastic advocacy. You will be the internal champion for your accounts, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are met.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing tailored success plans for each assigned FedRAMP account. These plans will outline key customer objectives, critical success factors, potential risks, and the specific actions Magnet Forensics will take to help the customer achieve their desired outcomes. This proactive approach ensures alignment and sets clear expectations for both parties.
- • Onboarding and Implementation Oversight: You will ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new federal customers, working closely with implementation teams to guarantee timely deployment and initial configuration of Magnet Forensics solutions in accordance with FedRAMP security controls and customer-specific requirements. This includes verifying that all necessary security accreditations and compliance checks are addressed.
- • Adoption and Value Realization: Your focus will be on driving the adoption and effective utilization of Magnet Forensics' software suite. This involves understanding customer workflows, identifying opportunities for deeper integration, and providing strategic guidance and best practices to ensure customers are maximizing the value and achieving measurable improvements in their digital investigative capabilities.
- • Proactive Risk Management and Issue Resolution: You will anticipate and identify potential risks to customer success, including technical challenges, adoption barriers, or changes in customer requirements. You will work collaboratively with internal support and engineering teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- • Renewal and Expansion Management: You will play a critical role in the renewal process, ensuring customers see the ongoing value of their investment and are satisfied with their partnership. Furthermore, you will identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, understanding customer growth trajectories and introducing additional Magnet Forensics solutions that can further enhance their capabilities.
- • Customer Advocacy and Feedback Loop: You will cultivate strong relationships that foster customer advocacy. You will act as the voice of the customer within Magnet Forensics, channeling feedback to product, engineering, and sales teams to inform future development and strategic decisions. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping our offerings to better serve the federal market.
- • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: You will track key customer success metrics, including adoption rates, usage patterns, customer satisfaction scores, and renewal forecasts. You will provide regular reports to internal stakeholders on the health and performance of your assigned accounts, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- • FedRAMP Compliance Awareness: While not a compliance officer, you will maintain a strong understanding of FedRAMP requirements and how they impact customer usage and our service delivery, ensuring that customer interactions and support align with these critical federal standards.
- • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and maintain strategic account plans for each assigned FedRAMP customer, outlining their business objectives, key stakeholders, current usage, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies. This plan will serve as a roadmap for ensuring long-term customer success and partnership value.
- • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Sales, Pre-Sales, Support, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure a unified and exceptional customer experience. You will be the central point of contact for your accounts, orchestrating internal resources to meet customer needs effectively.
- • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital forensics, cybersecurity, and the federal government's evolving technology landscape, particularly within the context of FedRAMP authorized environments. This knowledge will enable you to provide more relevant and impactful guidance to your customers.
