📋 Description
- • As an Enterprise/Strategic Field Engineer at Replit, you will serve as the technical cornerstone for the company's largest and most strategic accounts, driving both pre-sales and post-sales success to ensure enterprise customers don't just use Replit but become Replit-powered companies.
- • You will partner with Account Executives and Account Managers in a high-accountability Pod structure to run strategic technical discovery, build live applications during executive meetings, configure enterprise governance and infrastructure strategies, lead hackathons, oversee technical onboarding and enablement, design custom starter templates, drive viral growth within accounts, source expansion opportunities, and co-lead value-based quarterly business reviews.
- • Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language, with millions of users worldwide, democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales engineering, gain hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and cloud infrastructure, influence multi-million dollar ARR outcomes, and grow as a strategic technical leader shaping how enterprises adopt AI-driven software creation at scale.
