- • As a Field Marketing Manager at Didero, you will own and build the company’s field marketing engine from the ground up, driving pipeline through high-impact events and experiences that directly tie to revenue and growth. This role is critical to Didero’s go-to-market strategy, transforming real-world interactions into qualified opportunities and long-term customer relationships in the competitive enterprise AI and supply chain space.
- • You will own the full field marketing calendar, identifying and prioritizing the optimal mix of conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, and partner events, while developing and executing account-based field programs aligned to ideal customer profiles, pipeline stages, and revenue goals.
- • You will manage event logistics end-to-end, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, catering, A/V, signage, swag, travel coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring flawless delivery across all touchpoints.
- • You will design and run pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up motions that convert attendees into qualified pipeline, working closely with Sales to align prospecting, engagement, and nurturing efforts throughout the event lifecycle.
- • You will track and report on key performance metrics such as registrations, attendance, meetings booked, SQLs, pipeline influenced, and revenue attribution, using data to optimize ROI and inform future strategy.
- • You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and swag inventory while continuously testing and innovating on event formats and experiences to differentiate Didero in the market.
- • You will travel to support on-site execution at conferences, customer events, and partner activations, representing Didero with professionalism and energy in the field.
- • You will partner closely with Sales, GTM leadership, and founders to ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales, turning field interactions into measurable pipeline and closed-won opportunities.
- • You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth AI startup environment where extreme ownership, urgency, and initiative are expected—you will not wait for direction but will proactively identify problems, seize opportunities, and drive results.
- • You will leverage AI tools daily—such as Claude, ChatGPT, and automation platforms—to offload repetitive tasks, amplify your impact, and work with the efficiency of a larger team, constantly experimenting with new tools and sharing insights across the organization.
- • You will join a mission-driven team of builders, learners, and believers who value scrappiness, lifelong learning, and showing up for one another, all while building enduring technology that simplifies global supply chains.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B field marketing, account-based event strategy, and revenue attribution, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI applications in enterprise GTM motions and the opportunity to shape a foundational function at a fast-scaling startup.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 to 6 years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI, with a proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and measurable impact on SQLs and revenue from field activities.
- • Experience managing the full event lifecycle across diverse formats—including large-scale conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, webinars, and customer events—with strong project management skills to handle multiple complex programs simultaneously.
- • Proficiency with CRM and event marketing tools to track performance and attribution from registration through closed revenue, combined with extreme ownership, urgency, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive compensation and equity package
- • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- • Unlimited PTO and monthly wellness stipend via ClassPass
