  • • As a Field Sales Executive based in Cologne, you will be the face of Saltz, directly engaging with chefs, restaurant owners, and kitchen managers to introduce them to our innovative platform. Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture relationships within the gastronomic community, showcasing how Saltz simplifies their sourcing processes and enhances their culinary creativity.
  • • Your role will involve a significant amount of fieldwork, with the expectation of conducting approximately 10-15 client meetings per week. This hands-on approach is crucial for understanding the unique needs of each establishment and demonstrating the tangible benefits of our marketplace.
  • • You will be empowered to plan and manage your weekly schedule, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up with potential and existing clients. While you will have the autonomy to structure your days, guidance and support will be readily available to help you achieve and exceed your sales targets.
