• • The Field Service Engineer provides highly visible customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with PerkinElmer’s service standards and key performance indicators.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing installations, maintenance, validations, and repairs; engaging with customers to understand analytical workflows and tailor service offerings; enhancing account profitability through efficient service execution and identifying revenue opportunities; maintaining assigned assets including tools, test equipment, and service parts inventory; proactively reporting product quality improvement opportunities; attending company-sponsored training for higher-level certification; completing administrative tasks such as time reporting; and maintaining health, safety, security, environmental, and operational compliance.
