- • As a Field Specialist in the DXR Region Schleswig-Holstein, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, installation, and technical support of medical imaging systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution while adhering to all relevant processes and quality standards.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing independent repairs and installations (including remote repairs and Field Change Orders), conducting system-wide fault analysis, providing technical training during installations, coordinating small projects such as equipment moves or upgrades, resolving IT/network issues, supporting sales and project management with technical expertise, and maintaining full documentation in compliance with Philips quality and safety regulations.
- • You will act as a medical device consultant under §31 MPG, communicate with supervisory authorities, and collaborate closely with internal and external partners, including guiding colleagues and managing escalations professionally to ensure optimal customer outcomes.

- • Proven field service experience with relevant knowledge in medical technology and foundational medical knowledge
- • Excellent internal and external communication skills, confident presence, reliability, and commitment
- • Strong customer management, assertiveness, and professional escalation management abilities
- • Cross-departmental collaboration and strong teamwork skills
- • High flexibility, nationwide mobility, and willingness to travel (>70%), including weekend work and 24/7 on-call availability
- • Solid IT and networking knowledge, good MS Office proficiency, and secure documentation capabilities
- • Experience in radiological environments and expertise in radiation protection
