📋 Description

• • As a Field Support Engineer II at Carl Zeiss Meditec, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of precision medical instrumentation across a designated field service territory, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the reliability of critical healthcare technology.
• • Day to day, you will diagnose and repair designated products, perform preventative maintenance and upgrades, schedule and manage customer visits, complete daily field service and weekly expense reports, maintain spare parts inventory, support service agreement retention, and professionally interface with customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
