As a Finance Analyst III, you will be instrumental in compiling and analyzing complex financial information, driving critical financial projects, and providing actionable insights that shape our strategic decisions. - • In this dynamic role, you will conduct in-depth financial medical analysis of paid claims across all Lines of Business, with a particular focus on the Medicaid sector. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding the financial implications of healthcare services rendered and identifying trends that impact our operational efficiency and member care.
- • You will be responsible for performing detailed State Fee Schedule analyses specifically for Medicaid programs. This involves scrutinizing fee structures, understanding regulatory requirements, and assessing their financial impact on the organization, ensuring compliance and optimizing resource allocation.
- • A key aspect of this position involves the management and enhancement of POWER BI dashboards. You will leverage your skills to create, maintain, and refine dashboards that provide clear, concise, and insightful visualizations of financial data, enabling stakeholders at all levels to make informed decisions.
- • You will actively monitor and analyze State bulletins, evaluating their potential financial impact on Centene. This requires a proactive approach to staying abreast of regulatory changes and translating them into financial strategies and recommendations.
- • Conduct comprehensive Cost of Care analyses to pinpoint opportunities for medical cost savings. This involves deep dives into healthcare expenditures, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing data-driven solutions to enhance cost-effectiveness without compromising the quality of care.
- • Contribute to the QAI Forecasting process within OneStream, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our financial projections and planning.
- • Undertake and manage complex, high-level financial analysis projects, demonstrating a strong command of financial principles and analytical methodologies.
- • Effectively present and articulate your findings and analysis to upper management, translating intricate financial data into clear, compelling narratives that support strategic decision-making.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, Directors, and individual contributors, fostering a cohesive and data-informed approach to financial management.
- • Demonstrate a proactive and problem-solving mindset, identifying potential issues and utilizing available resources and contacts to find effective resolutions.
- • Maintain a high degree of detail orientation, essential for working with large and complex datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity in all analyses.
