- • Meet with existing and prospective clients to develop personalized retirement and financial planning strategies tailored to their goals and needs.
- • Utilize company-provided technology and financial planning tools to enhance client interactions, streamline operations, and improve service delivery.
- • Leverage company-supported marketing resources including mailings, email blasts, and customized flyers to identify and attract new clients within the community.
- • Collaborate with co-workers and District Vice Presidents to share best practices, expand knowledge of financial products, and refine advisory techniques.
- • Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulatory requirements governing financial advising, including ongoing adherence to pay-to-play rules under SEC Rule 206(4)-5.
- • Manage all aspects of client relationships, from initial consultation through ongoing financial planning and periodic reviews.
- • Prepare and present comprehensive financial plans covering retirement income, investment strategies, tax planning, estate considerations, and insurance needs.
- • Ensure all client interactions and documentation meet internal compliance standards and industry regulatory guidelines.
- • Actively pursue and maintain active FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 or 66 licenses, as well as state variable life and health insurance licenses.
- • Travel up to 25% of the time to meet clients, attend community events, or participate in training and team meetings.
- • Operate independently in a remote environment while remaining accountable to performance expectations and company standards.
- • Use provided company equipment and helpdesk support to ensure seamless access to client management systems and financial planning platforms.
- • Engage in continuing education and compliance training as required and paid for by the company to maintain licensure and enhance professional development.
- • Build and sustain a sustainable client base through ethical sales practices and a focus on long-term client success rather than short-term transactions.
- • Participate in company-sponsored wellness and community initiatives, including volunteer opportunities and charitable donation matching programs.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED
- • Active FINRA Series 7 license
- • Active Series 63 and Series 65 or 66 license
- • Active state variable life and health insurance license
- • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor
- • Proven and successful sales track record
