📋 Description
- • Meet with existing and prospective clients to create personalized retirement and financial planning strategies tailored to their individual goals and needs.
- • Utilize company-provided technology, client management systems, and financial planning tools to streamline operations and enhance client service delivery.
- • Leverage company-supplied marketing resources including mailings, email blasts, and customized flyers to generate new client leads and expand your client base.
- • Collaborate regularly with co-workers and your District Vice President to share best practices, learn new techniques, and improve advisory outcomes.
- • Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulatory requirements, including ongoing adherence to pay-to-play rules under SEC Rule 206(4)-5.
- • Manage all aspects of client relationships from initial consultation through long-term planning and periodic reviews.
- • Operate independently with the flexibility to design your own schedule while meeting performance expectations and client service standards.
- • Secure and maintain active FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 or 66 licenses as well as an active state variable life and health insurance license.
- • Conduct financial analyses and recommend appropriate products including variable annuities, retirement plans, and insurance solutions for clients in healthcare, higher education, K-12, government, and nonprofit sectors.
- • Participate in continuing education programs provided and paid for by the company to stay current on industry regulations, product offerings, and advisory methodologies.
- • Adhere to Corebridge Financial’s core values of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and inclusion in all client and internal interactions.
- • Track and report client activities and business development efforts using company-mandated systems and reporting protocols.
- • Support the company’s mission to help Americans in not-for-profit sectors plan for and enjoy secure retirements through proactive, client-centered financial guidance.
- • Represent Corebridge Financial with integrity and professionalism in all client-facing and community engagement activities.
- • Engage in up to 25% travel as needed to meet with clients, attend local events, or participate in company training sessions.
