📋 Description

• • Financial Analyst role supporting Ensemble Health Partners’ Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling to drive data-informed decisions across the organization.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, creating pro forma financial models using Workday Adaptive Planning, analyzing variances, supporting month-end close, and partnering with Strategy, Accounting, and Analytics teams to define KPIs and assess financial impacts of initiatives.
