📋 Description

• Financial Analytics Consultant role focused on data-driven financial analysis and business decision-making across the organization, supporting strategic initiatives through robust financial modeling and analytics.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include performing advanced financial analytics, creating and maintaining advanced Excel models for forecasting and reporting, building and evaluating business cases and scenario analyses, working with relational databases to extract and manipulate data, developing SQL queries, utilizing scripting to automate processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights, and performing ad-hoc dashboard reporting.
• Sand Cherry Associates specializes in designing and delivering strategic customer-centric initiatives through digitally native, data-empowered solutions, with a focus on high-energy talent and a supportive team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Computer Science
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel- creating pivot tables, working with macros and VBA
• Strong experience with SQL queries
• Proven experience building financial models and business use cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
