• • Modernizing Medicine, Inc. (ModMed) is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our public filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including the preparation of Forms 10-Q and 10-K, and the meticulous completion of related XBRL reporting. You will also be responsible for completing comprehensive GAAP checklists, ensuring adherence to the highest accounting standards.
• • As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the external audit process. This involves preparing detailed financial statement tie-outs, meticulously completing disclosure checklists, and proactively responding to information requests and inquiries from our external auditors during both annual audits and interim reviews. Your diligence will be essential in facilitating a smooth and efficient audit.
• • This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our investor relations efforts. You will be tasked with preparing essential financial information for our quarterly earnings releases and investor presentations. This requires a strong understanding of financial data and the ability to present it clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• • You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements for management. This includes the detailed statement of cash flows and comprehensive variance analyses, providing critical insights into the company's financial performance and operational efficiency.
• • A core responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting. You will actively participate in and help drive the sub-certification process for our 10-Q and 10-K filings, ensuring that our financial reporting processes are sound and reliable.
• • Staying abreast of the latest accounting pronouncements is vital. You will continuously monitor emerging FASB (Financial Accounting Standards Board) and SEC guidance to assess potential impacts on our financial reporting. This proactive approach will enable you to draft required disclosures accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
