📋 Description

• • The FinCrime Investigation Unit Specialist at Deel will safeguard the company’s operations against financial crime, ensure compliance with global regulatory standards, and mitigate risks related to money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes. This role is central to Deel’s mission of simplifying global employment while maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance, and integrity.
• • Day to day, the specialist will monitor and analyze financial transactions to detect and report suspicious activity, develop and maintain compliance programs in line with local and international regulations, conduct thorough investigations of potential financial crime risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, operations, risk management) to resolve issues, stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements, and prepare and file regulatory reports such as suspicious activity reports (SARs) as required by authorities.
