📋 Description

• As a Senior FinOps Engineer at Xsolla, you will lead and mature the company’s cloud and infrastructure financial management capabilities across GCP, AWS, and on-prem environments, directly impacting cost transparency and financial predictability of global infrastructure.
• Day to day, you will analyze complex cloud usage patterns, drive cost optimization at scale, partner with engineering, product, and finance teams to align infrastructure spend with business goals, and establish practices for cost accountability and data-driven decision-making.
• You will be part of a talented infrastructure team within a global commerce company that enables video game developers to fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games, supporting over 1,500+ developers worldwide.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud financial operations, influence cross-functional technical and executive stakeholders, and build scalable FinOps practices that balance immediate cost savings with long-term architectural efficiency in a fast-growing, product-led environment.
