Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • As the Fleet & Home Health Logistics Expert at Qodeworld, you will be the central nervous system for our critical home health logistics operations. This is far more than a typical dispatch role; you are the guardian of the Chain of Custody, ensuring the integrity and timely delivery of vital diagnostic specimens from the moment they are collected by our mobile phlebotomists to their secure arrival at our state-of-the-art laboratory. Your mission is to maintain absolute visibility and accountability for every single sample, embodying a 'no gaps' and 'zero-loss' philosophy that is paramount in healthcare diagnostics.
  • You will operate as the 'Command Center,' orchestrating a complex, real-time logistical ballet. This high-intensity, night-shift role demands exceptional multitasking abilities, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a highly analytical approach to solving intricate, dynamic logistical puzzles. Your primary focus will be on ensuring 100% specimen accountability, meaning you are responsible for the total count and precise location of every sample from its point of collection through its entire transit journey until it is successfully scanned and handed over to our Lab Team.
  • Your day-to-day will involve real-time fleet orchestration. You will meticulously monitor our network of couriers and mobile phlebotomists using advanced GPS tracking, guaranteeing 100% accuracy in adhering to pickup schedules and critical delivery windows. This requires constant vigilance and proactive management to anticipate and mitigate any potential delays or disruptions.
  • A significant aspect of your role will be dynamic routing and dispatch. You will be tasked with building and optimizing efficient routes for our fleet, a process that must be executed with precision and foresight. Simultaneously, you will need to expertly manage 'on-demand' pickup requests that arise from our home health services, requiring the agility to re-route and adapt plans on the fly without compromising the integrity of existing schedules or the security of the specimens.
  • Chain of Custody verification is a non-negotiable responsibility. You will meticulously cross-check collection devices and specimen counts against digital manifests. Any discrepancy, no matter how small, must be identified, investigated, and resolved immediately. This attention to detail is crucial for maintaining regulatory compliance and the trust of our healthcare partners and patients.
  • To ensure seamless operations, you will act as the primary liaison between various departments. This includes close collaboration with our Sales team to understand service demands, Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to address client needs, the Lab Team to coordinate specimen flow, and the Tech department to troubleshoot any system-related issues. Your ability to foster cross-departmental synergy will be key to resolving bottlenecks and optimizing the overall logistics workflow.
  • You will maintain rigorous digital logs, meticulously recording data such as mileage, fuel consumption, and driver performance metrics. Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is mandatory, ensuring all actions align precisely with healthcare transportation regulations and internal quality standards. This includes managing and updating these logs accurately and efficiently.
  • This role is pivotal in ensuring Qodeworld's commitment to providing life-saving data through our Acutis Reveal tests and Home Health Services. By managing the logistics with unparalleled precision and efficiency, you directly contribute to our mission of delivering accurate diagnostic results to healthcare providers, ultimately impacting patient care. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and your dedication to maintaining the highest standards of accountability will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
  • The night shift nature of this role requires a dedicated individual who can maintain focus and productivity during non-traditional hours. You will be working a 6-day week, ensuring continuous coverage for our critical logistics operations. This demanding schedule is balanced by a competitive compensation package, reflecting the importance and intensity of your contribution to Qodeworld's success.
  • Success in this role hinges on your proactive approach to problem-solving, your unwavering commitment to accuracy, and your ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You are not just managing a fleet; you are safeguarding the integrity of diagnostic samples and ensuring the smooth functioning of a vital healthcare service.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume logistics, medical courier dispatch, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of managing complex transportation networks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the mental agility to handle chaotic situations with a structured, analytical, and calm approach.
  • Extreme attention to detail, particularly in data entry, inventory management, and specimen counting, ensuring zero loss and 100% accuracy.
  • Professional, assertive, and clear communication style, capable of effectively managing remote drivers and providing timely updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Fleet Management Software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Mandatory adherence to technical specifications: Windows 10 or Windows 11 OS, Intel i5 10th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, 16GB RAM, and a 256GB SSD. MacOS is not compatible.

🏖️ Benefits

  • Competitive compensation of $550 per week.
  • 15 days of annual leave per year (pro-rated after probation period).
  • Opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility in your work environment.
  • Full-time position with a 6-day work week, offering consistent employment.
  • Be a critical part of a leading laboratory medicine company, contributing directly to patient care.
