- • As a Florida Licensed Small Commercial Account Manager at The Baldwin Group, you will be the cornerstone of our client relationships, serving as a vital technical resource and dedicated relationship manager for our valued Commercial Line clients.
- • This role is integral to our award-winning, entrepreneur-led insurance brokerage firm, which is renowned for delivering expertly crafted Commercial Insurance and Risk Management, Private Insurance and Risk Management, Employee Benefits and Benefit Administration, Asset and Income Protection, and Risk Mitigation strategies.
- • You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced Account Analysts, Account Consultants, and Risk Advisors, while also fostering strong partnerships with our insurance company representatives.
- • Your primary objective will be to provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality client service for a portfolio of designated accounts, ensuring their insurance needs are met with precision and expertise.
- • A key responsibility will be the meticulous gathering of information and the development of comprehensive risk management recommendations for policy renewals.
- • You will be entrusted with the critical task of delivering renewal policies and binders, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients.
- • You will actively manage the policy activity for your assigned accounts, skillfully referring analyst-level tasks to Account Analysts to ensure efficient processing and workflow.
- • Proactively review existing accounts to identify opportunities for additional lines of insurance that could benefit our clients, and prepare compelling proposals for these coverages well in advance of renewal dates.
- • You will be responsible for determining the acceptability and optimal placement of risks, completing necessary applications, and managing the processing of assigned renewal accounts.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve presenting renewal risks to the insurance marketplace, securing competitive quotes that align with client needs.
- • You will be adept at handling complex contract requirements and addressing intricate client service needs that may extend beyond the capabilities of an Account Analyst.
- • Cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with our Insurance Company Partners is paramount; you will be expected to possess a deep understanding of carrier requirements, underwriting appetites, and market trends.
- • You will ensure the management system is consistently updated, meticulously documenting all client and carrier correspondence in strict accordance with established procedures.
- • This diligent documentation ensures that all account stakeholders have access to the most current status and historical context of each account, promoting transparency and efficiency.
- • A keen concern for timeliness and completeness in all interactions with clients, internal teams, and Insurance Company Partners is essential to minimize potential errors and omissions claims.
