• As a Forward Deploy AI Architect at A Team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the technical vision and execution of cutting-edge AI solutions for our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where your expertise will directly translate into tangible business impact.
• You will be responsible for defining and architecting scalable, robust, and production-ready AI systems. This involves a deep understanding of how to integrate various AI components, including Large Language Models (LLMs), sophisticated data pipelines, and custom-built Machine Learning (ML) models, into cohesive and high-performing solutions.
• Your role will extend beyond mere implementation; you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, reusability, and optimal performance of these AI systems across a diverse portfolio of client projects. This requires a forward-thinking approach to design, anticipating future needs and ensuring that the architectures we build are not only effective today but also adaptable for tomorrow's challenges.
• Collaboration is key to success in this position. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, to thoroughly understand their challenges and translate complex business requirements into practical, powerful AI ecosystems.
• A significant aspect of this role involves contributing to the evolution of A Team's capabilities. You will play a crucial part in converting successful project-specific solutions into modular, reusable components. This strategic effort aims to build a library of standardized AI building blocks, accelerating future development cycles and ensuring consistent quality and efficiency across all our engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or architecture.
• Proven experience building machine learning systems from the ground up, demonstrating a deep understanding beyond just implementing off-the-shelf Generative AI solutions.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design complex, interconnected AI frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small technical teams and mentor engineers.
• Experience designing frameworks adaptable to larger scale implementations and enterprise-level deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
