• • As A.Team's inaugural AI Delivery Lead Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the full delivery lifecycle of intricate, multi-workstream AI programs. This role is unique in its blend of strategic leadership and deep technical contribution, requiring you to not only design the scalable delivery framework for our consulting model but also to remain an active, hands-on engineer contributing code to A.Team's AI Solutions Platform. Your primary objective is to ensure the successful, high-quality deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions across diverse verticals, while simultaneously establishing best practices and playbooks that will define A.Team's AI delivery methodology for future client projects.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass the architectural design and deployment of sophisticated AI solutions, meticulously tailored to meet the specific needs of various industries. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, cultivating an environment of strong collaboration, unwavering accountability, and continuous professional growth. A key aspect of your role will be to drive accountability for project milestones and overall execution, ensuring seamless alignment with both internal A.Team roadmaps and external client objectives.
• • You will be responsible for establishing and enforcing rigorous quality gates, including comprehensive code reviews, the implementation of automated testing strategies, and adherence to model-card compliance standards. This ensures that every AI solution we deliver meets the highest benchmarks of quality and reliability.
• • A critical component of this role involves driving cross-functional conversations and fostering seamless collaboration across various departments. Your ability to work effectively across teams will be essential for delivering projects on time and aligning business outcomes with successful delivery.
• • You will be tasked with establishing the definitive playbook for A.Team's AI delivery, covering the entire spectrum from initial scoping and planning to the execution of 3-6 concurrent projects. These projects will span a range of advanced AI applications, including Large Language Model (LLM) applications, MLOps, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent orchestration.
