📋 Description

• The Forward Deployed Creative role at ElevenLabs bridges the gap between AI creative tools and real-world enterprise adoption by working directly with customers to integrate voice, music, image, and video generation into their production workflows.
• Day to day, the role involves embedding with enterprise clients to understand their creative pipelines, building and demonstrating AI-powered workflows, creating reference content and prototypes, consulting with creative leads, designing reusable templates, collaborating with product and engineering teams, producing case studies, training customer teams, and acting as a creative evangelist at events and through published work.
• ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company founded in January 2023, serving millions of users and thousands of businesses with a $11B valuation and backing from top investors like Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia. The company operates with high velocity, impact-over-titles culture, AI-first mindset, excellence everywhere, and a globally distributed team.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-driven creative production, shape product roadmap through field insights, build reusable workflows adopted by major enterprises, and establish yourself as a thought leader in generative AI for media and entertainment.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in creative production, creative technology, or creative direction at an agency, studio, production house, or technology company
• A portfolio of shipped creative work demonstrating strong taste, technical skill, and storytelling ability
• Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools for image, video, audio, or text production with demonstrable output
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients or large brand teams in consulting, solutions, or embedded roles
• Strong understanding of creative production pipelines including video, audio, motion graphics, dubbing, or localization
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to translate technical capabilities into clear creative opportunities for non-technical stakeholders
