- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Prelude Security Inc., you will serve as the critical bridge between Origin’s cutting-edge endpoint security platform and its enterprise customers, embedding directly with clients to build bespoke solutions that ensure safe adoption of AI technologies in high-stakes environments.
- • Your day-to-day will involve partnering with customers to understand their unique infrastructures, designing and implementing custom telemetry integrations, extending the endpoint agent for specialized environments, building full-stack solutions including dashboards and APIs, and translating field insights into product improvements through close collaboration with R&D teams.
- • You will work within a fully remote, high-trust team across the US and Canada, backed by top-tier investors like Sequoia Capital, where innovation is driven by real-world customer challenges and a mission to redefine security for the Semantic Era.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in full-stack systems, endpoint security, and customer-centric engineering while directly influencing product evolution through hands-on problem-solving in complex, regulated industries such as finance, supply chain, and technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong full-stack engineering capability with proficiency in frontend (React, TypeScript), backend (Rust, Python), and endpoint agent systems
- • Proven ability to solve novel technical problems in constrained or unique customer environments
- • Experience integrating external systems via APIs, custom telemetry, or data adapters
- • Solid understanding of Windows and/or macOS internals, including process management, memory architecture, and system security
- • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Demonstrated customer empathy and business acumen to translate operational challenges into technical solutions
