  • Your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end ownership of technically sound, low-code AI solutions. This involves a comprehensive lifecycle management, from initial design and meticulous implementation to the successful operationalization of complex workflows. You will orchestrate the seamless connection between Aircall's AI Agent and a variety of critical business systems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, help desk software, and other essential communication tools. This requires a deep understanding of how these systems interact and how to leverage APIs to create robust integrations.
  • A significant aspect of this role involves acting as a technical consultant and project leader. You will engage directly with customers to understand their unique challenges, business processes, and strategic objectives. Based on these insights, you will design and configure tailored AI-driven solutions, often utilizing low-code or no-code tools, to address specific pain points and capitalize on opportunities for automation and improvement. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial for success.
  • Beyond individual customer deployments, you will play a vital role in scaling Aircall's AI capabilities across the organization. This includes contributing to the development of reusable frameworks, best practices, and standardized methodologies for AI deployment. You will actively participate in driving team upskilling initiatives, sharing your expertise, and mentoring colleagues to enhance the collective technical proficiency of the Forward Deployed Engineering team and beyond.
  • Collaboration is key to this role. You will work closely with a variety of internal teams, including Product Management, Software Engineering, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success. This cross-functional partnership ensures that customer feedback and deployment learnings are continuously fed back into product development, driving platform improvements and accelerating AI adoption. You will be a conduit of information, ensuring alignment and fostering a shared understanding of customer needs and technical possibilities.
  • This is a hands-on role that demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional problem-solving skills. While not a traditional software engineering position, you must possess a strong command of APIs, be highly proficient in managing technical projects from inception to completion, and demonstrate an eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to the rapidly evolving landscape of AI and customer communications technology. Your ability to build and iterate on new models and solutions will directly empower both our customers and your Aircall teammates.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that each deployment delivers measurable impact, aligning technical solutions with predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.
