• As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our core product and the unique needs of our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of hands-on software development, rapid solution prototyping, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and internal teams.
• You will collaborate closely with our pre-sales and integrations teams, providing critical technical expertise to unblock sales opportunities, accelerate the onboarding process for new clients, and develop robust, reusable solutions that will directly inform and shape our future product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go).
• Experience with API design and integration, including RESTful services and data formats like JSON.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and understanding of healthcare IT infrastructure is a plus.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as a Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Consultant, is highly desirable.
