- • This is a unique opportunity to work with a groundbreaking product that is setting a new standard in the AI landscape. Our first AI employee, Ava, is just the beginning, and as an FDE, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of enterprise AI adoption. You will be deeply involved in understanding customer needs, translating them into actionable technical strategies, and guiding them through the implementation and optimization of our autonomous digital workers.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor for our clients. This involves conducting in-depth discovery sessions to understand their unique business challenges, identifying opportunities where our AI solutions can deliver significant value, and architecting customized deployment plans. You will be hands-on with the product, configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- • A significant part of your role will involve collaborating closely with our Sales and Product teams. You will provide critical feedback from the field to inform product development, helping to shape the roadmap and ensure our offerings continue to meet and exceed market demands. Your insights will be invaluable in identifying new use cases and potential enhancements, directly contributing to the evolution of our autonomous digital worker platform.
- • You will be responsible for the successful technical onboarding of new customers. This includes developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, creating clear documentation, and providing ongoing support to empower users to leverage the full capabilities of our AI solutions. Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership, will be key to fostering long-term success and adoption.
- • The FDE role demands a proactive and problem-solving mindset. You will anticipate potential issues, develop robust solutions, and ensure a smooth and efficient deployment process. This might involve scripting, API integrations, data mapping, and other technical tasks necessary to integrate our AI workers into existing enterprise systems.
- • Travel is an integral part of this role, with frequent visits to customer sites across the country. This will allow you to immerse yourself in their environments, gain a deeper understanding of their operational nuances, and build stronger, more personal connections with our clients. You will be representing Mlabs on-site, embodying our commitment to customer success and technical excellence.
- • Beyond initial deployment, you will engage in continuous improvement initiatives. This involves monitoring system performance, identifying areas for optimization, and working with customers to refine their AI worker configurations. You will also be instrumental in demonstrating the ROI and ongoing value of our solutions through data-driven insights and performance reports.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- • Strong programming skills, with proficiency in at least one relevant language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go) and experience with APIs and system integrations.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
- • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
