- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Vendelux, you will be at the forefront of our mission to empower event marketers with an AI-powered system of record. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our high-growth SaaS clients maximize their event marketing ROI by expertly configuring, deploying, and optimizing our cutting-edge platform. This role is a unique blend of technical implementation, customer engagement, and strategic problem-solving, requiring you to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into effective AI-driven outreach strategies.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to fine-tune our AI Agents to precisely match each customer's unique brand voice, adhere to strict compliance constraints, and align with their defined risk tolerance. This meticulous customization is key to unlocking the full performance and effectiveness of our AI solutions, ensuring they deliver tangible results for our clients.
- • You will be instrumental in building, integrating, and deploying bespoke AI agents for each customer. This involves developing robust data ingestion pipelines, creating custom integrations with existing customer systems, establishing connectors to critical platforms like CRMs, Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs), and other internal tools. Furthermore, you will be responsible for writing and deploying full-stack code as needed to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- • A significant part of your role will involve guiding customers through the entire onboarding process and campaign execution lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring they understand how to leverage Vendelux to its fullest potential and achieve their event marketing objectives.
- • You will collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to ensure a unified approach to client goals and performance. This cross-functional partnership is vital for delivering exceptional customer outcomes, using data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- • In Campaign Management, you will be responsible for the technical setup of essential elements like domains, email accounts, and deliverability systems, laying the groundwork for successful outreach.
- • You will build, rigorously quality-assure, and continuously optimize customer-specific B2B email campaigns, ensuring they are targeted, engaging, and effective.
- • Analyzing and managing B2B prospect lists for targeted outreach will be a core task, ensuring that campaigns reach the right audience with the right message.
- • You will meticulously monitor campaign performance, proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise, and refine targeting strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- • For Outreach Management, you will track and respond to campaign replies, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring timely and professional engagement with potential leads.
- • You will drive the follow-up process, working to book meetings and manage the conversion funnels, directly contributing to lead generation and sales pipeline growth.
- • A key aspect of your role is to capture best practices and design scalable, AI-enhanced outreach processes that can be replicated and improved across our customer base.
