• • As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be instrumental in understanding the intricate operational frameworks of our strategic enterprise customers. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement bespoke solutions that seamlessly integrate with their existing systems and workflows. This hands-on role requires a deep technical aptitude, a strong understanding of enterprise software, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical strategies. You will work closely with clients from the pre-sale phase through implementation and post-launch, ensuring successful adoption and maximum value realization from the Siro platform.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve owning the technical discovery process for enterprise accounts. This means leading in-depth explorations to understand client systems, identify pain points, and architect solutions that align with their unique operational realities. You will be expected to translate these findings into clear, concise technical recommendations, bridging the gap between client needs and Siro's capabilities. This requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to think critically about system integrations and data flows.
• • You will be responsible for delivering high-impact enterprise implementations. This will involve designing and driving the integration of Siro's platform with critical client systems, including CRM platforms like Salesforce, leveraging APIs, SDKs, and data pipelines. Your work will extend to automating recording processes and configuring downstream workflows, always with a strong bias towards achieving measurable business outcomes. This requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring the technical success of each implementation.
• • A key part of your contribution will be to build and prototype new use cases. You will write production-quality code, develop Proofs of Concept (POCs), and create reference implementations. These artifacts will serve to validate technical approaches, de-risk complex integrations for clients, and provide invaluable feedback to Siro's Product and Engineering teams, directly informing the future direction of our platform. Your ability to quickly iterate and demonstrate technical feasibility will be crucial.
• • You will play a vital role in shaping Siro's platform by actively participating in customer discovery. By identifying recurring patterns, common challenges, and innovative solutions across our diverse customer base, you will partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate these learnings into scalable platform improvements. The focus will be on building robust, repeatable features rather than long-tail custom solutions, ensuring the long-term efficiency and scalability of Siro.
• • You will serve as the technical ambassador for Siro within enterprise organizations. Building strong, trusting relationships with both technical and business stakeholders will be paramount. This involves providing credible technical guidance, actively engaging in live problem-solving sessions, and making well-reasoned decisions regarding technical tradeoffs. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences will be essential for success.
