Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the entire customer technical journey—from first discovery call to production rollout and multi-site expansion—acting as the single point of technical accountability for every Archie deployment.
- • Translate complex physical-engineering pain points into crisp AI use-cases: run white-boarding sessions with design, stress, and manufacturing teams; map CAD, PLM, FEA, and test-bench data flows; and architect how Archie plugs into each customer’s toolchain.
- • Rapidly prototype and ship end-to-end integrations in Python, connecting Archie’s reasoning engine to on-prem file shares, cloud buckets, SQL data marts, and REST APIs while meeting security, latency, and compliance constraints.
- • Fine-tune and evaluate domain-specific models on real customer data: curate labeled geometry, simulation results, and test reports; design offline and online evaluation suites; and iterate until Archie delivers measurable engineering value (e.g., 30 % faster design cycles or 20 % fewer prototype iterations).
- • Provide white-glove post-deployment support: monitor live pipelines, triage edge-case failures, and roll out hot-fixes or feature flags within hours, not weeks, to keep mission-critical hardware programs on schedule.
- • Feed every customer breakthrough back into the core product: generalize custom adapters, data schemas, and UX patterns so the next ten deployments are faster and more robust, effectively turning each customer win into platform leverage.
- • Collaborate daily with deep-learning researchers, simulation experts, and customer subject-matter engineers to co-design novel AI capabilities—such as generative CAD sketching, automated mesh refinement, or physics-informed surrogate models—then shepherd them from notebook to production.
- • Present technical road-maps and ROI metrics to VPs of Engineering and CTOs at Fortune-500 industrial companies, translating AI performance gains into bottom-line impact and multi-year expansion contracts.
- • Travel up to 20 % (or one week per six) to customer sites and our San Francisco headquarters, building trust through on-site debugging, training sessions, and executive briefings.
- • Champion P-1 AI’s culture of speed and ownership: flag gaps in tooling, propose fixes, and ship improvements autonomously while mentoring newer teammates and raising the bar for technical excellence.
