FDEs are entrusted with the complete lifecycle of customer deployments, from the initial stages of discovery and meticulous architecture design through to hands-on implementation and successful production rollout. • • Key Responsibilities - Client-Facing Architecture & Solution Design: You will lead critical discovery sessions, meticulously understanding customer system landscapes, identifying core requirements, and recognizing inherent constraints. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating complex business processes into robust, structured technical architectures, leveraging the power of multi-agent AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced orchestration frameworks. A key aspect of this role involves clearly and effectively communicating these sophisticated solutions to a diverse audience, encompassing both highly technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders. • • Key Responsibilities - Applied AI Engineering & Technical Implementation: You will be responsible for building, meticulously reviewing, and debugging code for AI-driven workflows, essential integrations, and the intricate orchestration of AI agents. This includes seamlessly integrating AI components with existing enterprise systems, with a keen focus on ensuring scalability, optimal performance, robust observability, and stringent governance. • • Key Responsibilities - Deployment, Integration & Customer Success: You will be tasked with deploying and configuring Tessera’s proprietary AI agents within complex and diverse enterprise environments. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer's onboarding, implementation, and early adoption phases, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a smooth transition. Close collaboration with our Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams is essential to guarantee successful customer outcomes and to provide invaluable feedback that directly informs and shapes the future product roadmap.
• • Key Responsibilities - Startup Mindset & Ownership: Operating effectively within a fast-paced startup environment with frequently shifting priorities is paramount. You will be expected to take initiative, proactively drive solutions forward with minimal direct supervision, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership over your work. Travel to customer sites will be required as needed to effectively support deployments, conduct necessary training, and build strong, lasting client relationships.
