📋 Description
- • Own the end-to-end deployment and success of AI agents for customers, with GM-level responsibility for driving measurable revenue outcomes—specifically aiming to 5x meetings booked within a 1-month trial period.
- • Design, build, and iterate AI agents that autonomously perform the full spectrum of SDR tasks including account strategy, prospect research, outbound email, LinkedIn DMs, gifting, call preparation, and follow-ups—each tailored to the actual workflow of individual sales reps.
- • Embed directly into customer teams through shared Slack channels, attending user calls and shipping agent improvements in real-time to match evolving needs and drive rapid iteration.
- • Automate nuanced, context-dependent sales activities that require deep understanding of human behavior, ensuring agents learn over time, calibrate trust with users, and demonstrate clear, evaluable impact on performance.
- • Translate customer feedback from sales teams into actionable product improvements, balancing platform-level enhancements with customer-specific customizations based on field insights.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate agent functionality to non-technical sales teams, translate user needs into engineering requirements, and report deployment status and impact to leadership.
- • Work closely with customers who are design partners in the Agent Studio pilot, ensuring agents are not just technically sound but operationally adopted and trusted by end users.
- • Operate with high agency in ambiguous environments, defining success metrics and execution paths without a predefined playbook, and taking full ownership of outcomes.
- • Maintain a high bar for technical quality, shipping prompt and tool changes in direct response to user complaints within the same week to maintain momentum and trust.
- • Be physically present in San Francisco office at least 3 days per week to enable deep collaboration with customers, product teams, and engineering peers.
- • Contribute to a product line with 0-to-1 development trajectory, where your decisions directly shape the future of AI-driven sales automation for enterprise customers.
- • Work alongside a team of 40 engineers, many of whom are former founders, founding engineers, or veterans from Applied Intuition, Scale, Airtable, Citadel, and Jane Street.
- • Operate within a culture that values high-performing builders with proven experience in rapid deployment, user-centric product development, and measurable outcome ownership.
- • Iterate on agents that are evaluated through clear, data-backed performance metrics to prove their effectiveness and scalability across diverse customer environments.
- • Balance product vision with ground-level user feedback, ensuring platform capabilities remain both scalable and adaptable to unique customer contexts.
