📋 Description

• As a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI & Business Transformation), you will sit at the core of enterprise transformation engagements, embedding directly with client teams to diagnose operational friction, redesign workflows, and drive technology adoption through hands-on, AI-powered prototyping. Your work will directly impact measurable ROI by bridging the gap between technology deployment and business adoption for leading enterprise brands.
• Day to day, you will map current-state workflows to identify root causes of inefficiency, redesign target-state operations for leaner processes, build working AI-powered prototypes using LLM APIs and low-code/no-code tools, establish performance baselines, support tool rollouts with change management, and create enablement materials that ensure sustainable adoption — all while operating autonomously within client environments.
• You will join TrueLogic, a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider headquartered in New York with over 600 skilled tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with U.S. companies — from startups to Fortune 500 — to deliver digital transformation solutions that drive real business impact.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in organizational diagnostics, AI-enabled process transformation, and enterprise change management, while building a portfolio of reusable frameworks and working prototypes that accelerate client outcomes and position you as a trusted advisor in technology-led business transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles within enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two of organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution
• Proven track record of building structured, evidence-based arguments to effectively influence and align senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience building functional AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes, with the ability to ship working solutions rather than just designing them
• Ability to rapidly scope and build a working proof of concept within the constraints of a client engagement to move skeptical stakeholders
• Comfort and capability working autonomously without a dedicated engineering team, knowing exactly when to build solutions independently and when to pull in additional resources
