• • As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) in India, you will be instrumental in advancing Cartesia's mission by embedding directly with our enterprise customers. Your primary responsibility will be to integrate and deploy our advanced voice AI solutions into their production environments, ensuring maximum customer success and revenue generation. You will transform Cartesia's core product into high-impact, deployed solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
• • Your role will involve writing and shipping production-grade code to design, build, and deploy sophisticated voice AI systems that power critical enterprise workflows. This requires a deep understanding of software development best practices and the ability to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• • You will own the entire deployment lifecycle end-to-end, from initial discovery and architectural design to implementation and final rollout for strategic customer engagements. This end-to-end ownership demands strong project management skills and the ability to navigate complex technical landscapes.
• • A key aspect of this role is driving progress in ambiguous situations. You will be expected to move projects forward effectively even when requirements are incomplete, constraints are evolving, or unforeseen system failures occur. This requires adaptability, problem-solving acumen, and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
• • You will be adept at delivering solutions across complex and diverse infrastructure environments, including cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), and on-premises setups. Navigating stringent security, networking, and compliance requirements inherent in enterprise deployments will be a critical part of your responsibilities.
• • A significant part of your contribution will be unblocking critical integrations. This involves diagnosing and resolving integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and deployment issues that arise under real-world operational constraints. Your ability to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions will be paramount.
• • You will actively drive expansion of Cartesia's solutions within customer organizations by identifying new use cases and prototyping innovative solutions. This proactive approach will deepen customer adoption and significantly increase long-term customer value.
• • You will play a crucial role in translating customer feedback and observed patterns into actionable insights for our engineering and product teams. By surfacing recurring issues and opportunities, you will directly influence the product roadmap and contribute to the development of reusable platform capabilities.
