- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be the primary technical liaison for our enterprise clients, guiding them through the entire lifecycle of our AI platform. Your responsibilities will span from initial customer onboarding and seamless integration to providing ongoing technical support and optimization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from HappyRobot's cutting-edge AI solutions, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.

You will be tasked with building new features, developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and architecting scalable solutions that directly address customer needs and drive impactful results. - • You will leverage a modern full-stack technology stack, including React, TypeScript, and Node.js for front-end and back-end development, alongside Python for scripting, data analysis, and AI/ML model integration. Proficiency in this stack will enable you to build robust applications, custom tools, and efficient workflows that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
- • A key focus will be on designing, implementing, and iterating on AI/ML solutions. This includes advanced techniques such as sophisticated LLM prompting, fine-tuning AI models for specific tasks, and integrating various AI components like voice tuning and transcribers to optimize diverse use cases. Your expertise in this area will be critical in unlocking the full potential of our AI OS for our clients.
- • Integration and API management will be another core responsibility. You will be responsible for managing APIs and ensuring seamless integration with a variety of third-party systems.
