• • As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will engage directly with clients, guiding them through the entire lifecycle of their interaction with HappyRobot. This includes meticulous onboarding processes, seamless implementation of our AI solutions, and providing ongoing expert support. Your role extends beyond just support; you will be a key contributor to the evolution of our product, identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation based on real-world customer challenges and feedback. • • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of technical and customer-facing activities. This involves understanding their unique operational workflows and translating them into effective configurations of the HappyRobot platform.
• • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to **Technical Development**. You will have the opportunity to build new features, develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and architect scalable solutions that directly contribute to improving customer outcomes. This hands-on development work is critical for enhancing the platform's capabilities and addressing emerging customer requirements.
• • You will leverage your **Full-Stack Development** expertise, utilizing modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, and Node.js for front-end development, and Python for back-end services and scripting. This allows for the creation of robust, user-friendly applications and internal tools that support both customer operations and internal team efficiency.
• • A core focus will be on **AI/ML Applications**. You will design, implement, and continuously iterate on sophisticated AI and Machine Learning solutions. This includes mastering advanced LLM prompting techniques, fine-tuning voice models for specific applications, and optimizing transcriber functionalities to enhance the performance and applicability of our AI workers across diverse use cases.
• • You will be responsible for **Integration & APIs**, managing the integration of the HappyRobot platform with various third-party systems and ensuring seamless API functionality. This is crucial for creating an interconnected ecosystem that allows customers to leverage our AI capabilities within their existing technology stacks.
