📋 Description

• As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Truelogic Software, you will serve as a critical bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business impact, working directly with U.S.-based clients to design, build, and deploy custom AI solutions that solve complex operational challenges. This role is not just about coding—it’s about embedding with clients to understand their unique needs, translating those into scalable LLM-powered systems, and ensuring those systems deliver measurable value in production environments. You’ll be on the front lines of AI adoption, helping companies move beyond experimentation to achieve tangible digital transformation through autonomous agents and intelligent workflows.
• Day to day, you will: embed directly with client teams to gather requirements and co-design AI solutions tailored to specific business problems; write production-ready code in Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript to implement and fine-tune LLMs for real-world use; integrate AI capabilities into existing SDLCs and business processes using tools like Docker, Flask, or FastAPI to ensure seamless deployment and scalability; troubleshoot, debug, and monitor models in production to maintain reliability, performance, and uptime; translate customer feedback and technical challenges into actionable insights for internal product and engineering teams to influence future product roadmaps; and develop and share best practices for LLM implementation through documentation, internal workshops, and external knowledge sharing to help clients and the broader developer community scale AI initiatives effectively.
• You will join Truelogic’s elite team of 600+ highly skilled tech professionals based across Latin America, partnering with U.S. companies ranging from innovative startups to Fortune 500 leaders on high-impact digital transformation projects. • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in applied AI/ML engineering, particularly around LLMs, prompt engineering, and model deployment in enterprise environments. You’ll gain rare exposure to how Fortune 500 companies adopt and scale AI, sharpen your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and build a portfolio of real-world AI implementations that demonstrate tangible business impact. You’ll also grow as a strategic technologist—learning to anticipate client needs, influence product direction, and become a trusted advisor in AI transformation, positioning yourself for leadership roles in AI engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in writing high-quality, production-ready code in Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript
• Deep technical understanding of LLMs, model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering techniques
• Experience architecting and deploying scalable, API-driven applications using Docker, Flask, or FastAPI
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience applying AI/ML workflows to solve real-world problems, preferably in voice or automation platforms
