Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer at Sierra Technologies, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer deployments for Sierra’s AI platform, working directly with enterprise customers to architect, deploy, upgrade, and manage infrastructure in their environments while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.
• • Day to day, you will design and implement deployment strategies across customer environments (including VPC configuration, permissioning, networking, and infrastructure provisioning), manage the full infrastructure lifecycle for critical customers, develop and maintain deployment runbooks and automation tooling, and partner with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to translate customer needs into concrete deployment plans.
