• As a Founding Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and deploying the core technology that underpins our groundbreaking platform. You will be instrumental in translating our vision into a robust, scalable, and user-friendly product. This involves deep engagement with all facets of the engineering lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, and ongoing iteration. • You will be responsible for building the foundational infrastructure of our platform. This includes designing and implementing scalable backend services, robust APIs, and efficient data models. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in full-stack software development, with a strong emphasis on backend development and building scalable systems.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js) and experience with relevant frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a startup environment or in a founding engineering role is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and experience building user interfaces is a plus.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
