- • Develop and maintain the company's AI data infrastructure, specifically the Milvus vector database, to ensure its stability, scalability, and performance.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to integrate Milvus into various applications and services.
- • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders on the use and implementation of Milvus.
- • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, data infrastructure, and related technologies to inform product development and strategic decisions.
- • Work closely with the Zilliz Cloud team to ensure seamless integration and compatibility between Milvus and the cloud platform.
- • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and release notes.
- • Participate in the development of the company's technical vision and strategy, providing input on emerging technologies and trends.
- • Represent Zilliz at industry events, conferences, and meetups to promote the company's technology and expertise.
- • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to provide technical support during the sales process.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including technology vendors, system integrators, and other stakeholders.
- • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback on code quality, and contribute to the improvement of the company's codebase.
- • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform product development and strategic decisions.
- • Collaborate with the product team to develop and maintain the company's product roadmap, including identifying new features and functionalities.
- • Participate in the development of the company's technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and release notes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a technical field, preferably in AI, data infrastructure, or a related field.
- • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data infrastructure concepts, including vector databases and multimodal data lakes.
- • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
- • Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
- • Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker.
- • Strong understanding of software development principles, including Agile and DevOps.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- • Experience with technical writing and documentation, including user guides, API references, and release notes.
