Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • A fast-growing immigration technology platform is hiring its first dedicated growth marketer. This is a high-ownership, full-stack role working in person with the founding team in San Francisco. You will own the entire growth engine across both a consumer audience (individuals navigating U.S. visas) and B2B partners (employers and law firms), setting the foundation for acquisition, activation, and retention in a high-intent, trust-driven category.
- • This is an ideal role for a growth generalist who thrives at the earliest stages, moves fast without a team around them, and wants to build something from scratch in a category that genuinely matters to people's lives.
- • You will own growth end to end: acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention across B2C and B2B funnels.
- • You will build the content and SEO engine for a high-intent search category covering visa types, immigration questions, and case studies.
- • You will run paid acquisition experiments across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn — and scale what works.
- • You will shape brand, positioning, and storytelling for a trust-heavy category, including founder-led and customer-story content.
- • You will build lifecycle marketing via email/CRM, referral loops, and partnership channels.
- • You will set up analytics and attribution, measure the funnel, and run a rigorous experimentation cadence.
- • You will work directly with the founders on go-to-market strategy and positioning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–7 years of growth or marketing experience, with meaningful time at early-stage startups.
- • Full-stack skill set spanning content, SEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and analytics.
- • Demonstrated ability to independently execute campaigns and experiments without dedicated design, engineering, or marketing team support.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Compensation details are available upon request.
- • This is a full-time, on-site position in San Francisco.
- • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
