Founding Product Designer

📋 Description

• • As the Founding Product Designer at P1 AI Inc., you will be the lead architect of the interaction between engineering customers and Archie, the company’s AI engineer, defining the logic, conversational flows, and technical UI/UX that enable an agentic AI to assist in complex physical engineering domains.
• • Day to day, you will define workflows and edge-case branches for every interaction, shape how Archie communicates with users through clear and actionable feedback, collaborate on testing and QA to ensure seamless transitions from concept to production, lead UX research and customer feedback sessions to inform product improvements, and immerse yourself in mechanical engineering to solve high-friction problems for a specialized user base.
• • P1 AI is building an engineering AGI with the mission to deploy Archie on every engineering team at every industrial company on earth, backed by a $23M seed round led by Radical Ventures and featuring advisors from OpenAI, DeepMind, and other AI and industrial leaders.
• • In this role, you will own the design process from raw functional requirements to polished, engineer-ready UI/UX, develop rigorous design systems grounded in utility rather than aesthetics, gain deep expertise in conversational AI and agentic product design, and have the opportunity to shape the foundational user experience of a transformative AI product with significant equity and impact.
