📋 Description

• • As the Founding Product Designer at Sentra, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and experiential identity of an AI-powered company memory platform designed to help startups scale without losing their cultural and strategic alignment. Working closely with the CEO and product team, you will transform ambiguous ideas into intuitive, high-fidelity designs across desktop, web, and AI-driven interfaces, ensuring the product remains both innovative and usable as it evolves.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with the CEO on product strategy, translating complex product concepts into clear user flows and interactions, rapidly prototyping ideas in Figma for user testing, creating reusable design components and documentation, partnering with engineers to ensure feasibility and performance, conducting lightweight user research and usability tests, defining metrics to measure design effectiveness, and contributing to a strong design culture through critiques, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
