  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and landlords across France and French-speaking regions, providing support via email, chat, and phone in both French and English.
  • • Guide guests through the entire rental journey — from initial inquiry and booking to check-in and check-out — using The Flex’s proprietary Property Management System (PMS).
  • • Resolve customer issues promptly and empathetically, ensuring all concerns are addressed with a solution-focused and calm approach.
  • • Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within internal systems to contribute to continuous service improvement.
  • • Collaborate with Operations and Technology teams to identify recurring pain points, escalate systemic issues, and propose actionable improvements to enhance user experience.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or amenities that enhance guest stays and strengthen landlord retention.
  • • Maintain high standards of communication professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects The Flex’s commitment to seamless, borderless, and delightful customer experiences.
  • • Manage high volumes of inquiries with precision and efficiency, balancing speed with empathy to uphold customer satisfaction metrics.
  • • Stay updated on platform features, policies, and local rental regulations to provide accurate and consistent information to users.
  • • Contribute to knowledge base development by documenting common questions, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for team-wide reference.
  • • Participate in regular team reviews and training sessions to refine service delivery and align with evolving company standards.
  • • Adapt quickly to changes in workflows, technology updates, and customer expectations within a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • • Represent The Flex’s brand values by delivering exceptional service that turns challenges into memorable, positive experiences for guests and landlords alike.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality, real estate, or tech-enabled platforms
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you listen, understand, and make people feel heard
  • • Strong organizational abilities and composure under pressure
  • • Tech-savvy — comfortable using PMS, CRM, and digital support tools
  • • A problem-solving mindset with empathy, patience, and meticulous attention to detail
