📋 Description

• Build AI-driven, dynamic user experiences that adapt and personalize at scale for millions of customers as part of a dedicated innovation team working closely with senior executives and tech leadership.
• Rapidly prototype new product concepts, integrate LLM-powered features (chat, content generation, smart recommendations), and iterate based on user feedback to move from concept → prototype → production within days.
• Own performance, scalability, and reliability of high-traffic applications while collaborating cross-functionally to ship continuously, not episodically, leveraging modern frameworks, scalable architecture, and AI-accelerated development workflows.
• Thrive in an environment where speed > perfection, ambiguity is expected, and ownership is end-to-end, redefining how front-end systems are created and delivered for Bluehost’s next-generation products.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building modern web applications
• Strong expertise in React, Redux, React Hooks, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• LLM API integration experience, Tailwind CSS, testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress), and design system/component library experience
• Experience working with REST APIs and microservices-based systems
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum environments
