- • Build AI-driven, dynamic user experiences that adapt and personalize at scale for millions of customers as part of a dedicated innovation team focused on rapid prototyping and taking experimental ideas to market.
- • Build front-end interfaces integrating LLM-powered features (chat, content generation, smart recommendations), rapidly prototype new product concepts, and iterate based on user feedback.
- • Leverage agentic AI systems to generate, test, and optimize UI code in real time, moving from concept → prototype → production within days.
- • Design front-end systems integrated with AI-powered backends and APIs, owning performance, scalability, and reliability of high-traffic applications.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to ship continuously, not episodically, and drive innovation in AI-assisted UI generation and intelligent user journeys.
- • Work at Bluehost, an all-in-one platform empowering small businesses to grow online with powerful simplicity, premium performance, smart tools, and human support.
- • Learn and apply modern frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript), scalable architecture, and AI-accelerated development workflows to deliver exceptional user experiences.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience building modern web applications
- • Strong expertise in React, Redux, React Hooks, Next.js, and TypeScript
- • Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- • LLM API integration experience, Tailwind CSS, testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress), and design system/component library experience
- • Experience working with REST APIs and microservices-based systems
- • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum environments
- • Experience in high-scale SaaS or platform environments
- • Hands-on building AI-assisted development tools
- • Strong understanding of APIs, performance, and scalable architecture
