📋 Description

• Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React for an AI-powered job search platform
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into clean, functional, and accessible web components
• Implement and optimize front-end code to ensure high performance and cross-browser compatibility
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs in existing frontend features across the application
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless feature delivery
• Participate in daily standups and weekly sprint planning meetings to align on priorities and deliverables
• Conduct peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the small remote team
• Write modular, reusable React components that adhere to established design systems and coding standards
• Ensure all interfaces are mobile-first and fully responsive across devices and screen sizes
• Work independently to manage assigned tasks while proactively communicating progress and blockers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of frontend tooling, workflows, and documentation
• Stay up-to-date with evolving React best practices and front-end technologies to support product growth
• Assist in onboarding new team members by sharing knowledge of the codebase and development processes
• Maintain a user-centric mindset by testing interfaces for usability and accessibility compliance
• Use version control with Git to manage branches, commits, and pull requests in a collaborative development environment
• Actively engage in feedback loops with designers and product managers to refine user experiences
• Contribute to technical debt reduction by refactoring legacy components and improving code maintainability
• Support the deployment of frontend changes through CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools
• Document component usage and functionality for internal team reference and future development

🎯 Requirements

• Basic React experience (side projects and coursework are acceptable)
• Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of Git for version control
• Ability to communicate in English and work independently
