📋 Description

• Frontend Engineer (Angular / TypeScript) role at Onhires Inc., supporting a defense technology startup building real-world combat-ready products where practical results matter more than concepts.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining frontend libraries in an Nx Monorepo, building reactive interfaces using Signals and RxJS, implementing data exchange via REST API and WebSockets, writing clean, typed, scalable TypeScript code, customizing Angular Material components, creating responsive UIs with SCSS, and participating in code reviews to uphold high code quality standards.
• The team consists of engineers, developers, and production specialists focused on delivering functional solutions for real combat environments, emphasizing practical outcomes over theoretical concepts.
• In this role, you will deepen expertise in Angular 17+, TypeScript, RxJS, and reactive programming; gain hands-on experience with Nx Monorepo, WebSockets, and real-time data streaming; and contribute to mission-critical defense technology used in operational settings.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Angular (version 17+)
• Deep understanding of TypeScript
• Strong skills in RxJS
• Practical experience with WebSockets (must-have)
• Experience with monorepos (Nx is a plus)
• Confident knowledge of Angular Material
• Experience creating responsive interfaces (SCSS)
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization principles
